Prof. Dr. Christoph Kahle, Dipl.-Kfm.
He looks back on many years of service as a judge and public prosecutor in the Bavarian judiciary and teaches as a professor at Augsburg University of Applied Sciences.

As a former judge and public prosecutor, Prof. Dr. Kahle understands the perspectives, strategies, and internal processes of judicial authorities. This is a decisive advantage for effective and successful defense. It is critical to know how the court and prosecution think and operate. Defense strategy can then be tailored individually and typically produces significantly better results.
In addition to his legal practice, Dr. Kahle serves as a professor at TH Augsburg. He offers top-level academic expertise, which is particularly valuable in legally complex criminal proceedings.
In white-collar criminal proceedings, Prof. Dr. Kahle applies his in-depth business expertise as a graduate in business administration and former business-law attorney. Very few criminal defense lawyers combine this level of economic and commercial-law background. In white-collar defense, this is often decisive. Investigative authorities and courts frequently lack this perspective. The defense can leverage this knowledge advantage efficiently to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Prof. Dr. Kahle completed his legal studies at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich while simultaneously graduating in economics (Dipl.-Kfm.). He passed both state law examinations with distinction and subsequently earned a doctorate at LMU on a commercial-law topic.
